Camino Bubbles by Kieran Foley

Camino Bubbles scarf designed by Kieran Foley has a large circular motif in drop stitch mesh, perfect with Renaissance Dyeing lace-weight yarn.

Our version of this light and lacy scarf is knitted with 4 different colours of our fine-lace-weight on size 3mm needles

N.B. The basic pattern for this including full written instructions as well as charts needs to be bought direct from Kieran Foley's web-site.

Our kit includes a pattern supplement explaining how our version was knitted with number of stitches used and the sequence of the colours.

Dimensions after blockage

50 cm x 175-180 cm.

Needles

  • Straight or circular needle 3 mm.

Stitches used

  • Garter stitch - every row knit.

  • simple decreases.

  • yarn over.

  • drop stitch, which is literally that, just drop a stitch.

The kit consists of

  • A 2 page knitting supplement to the pattern in English with written instructions for the Renaissance Dyeing version of Camino Bubbles.

  • Renaissance Dyeing lace-weight merino. 4 x 250m hanks in the following colours :

  • 1408 (light olive)

  • 0604 (old gold)
  • 1911 (light grey)
  • 1910 (dark grey)

Substitution possible : You can choose any colours you like from our large naturally dyed lace-weight range
