Roses Shawl designed by Kieran Foley

A light contemporary lace crescent inspired by the colours of roses designed by Kieran Foley.

This shawl is worked in an open lace pattern on 4mm/ US6 needles for a soft silky drape. The nearly full circle crescent ensured that once it is on your shoulders it stays put.

The pure Merinos d'Arles wool is very soft, light and warm. The lacy edging gives this feminine shawl an extra piquant touch.

In the sample shawl the colours are worked as presented in the kit, from right to left - the colours can be worked in a different order for a more stripy effect.
