How to order and pay for your goods

We have tried to make it as easy as possible to order from our on-line store. Here are some instructions to guide you along. If you are still having problems please contact us and we will be glad to help.

Step 1) Browse through the many categories from the menu on the left.

Step 2) Once you have found the item you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to basket" button next to it. You will notice it appears in the right hand menu, in a green box with the subtotal and shipping cost. If you would like to buy more items you can continue browsing the store and adding items to your cart.

Step 3) Once you are ready you can click on "View your basket" in the green box on the right. This will take you to a page showing your shopping basket's content. On this page you are able to adjust your order, removing any items you may have over zealously added.

Step 4) When you are happy with your cart, click on "Checkout with Paypal". This will take you to Paypal, our payment processing partner. If you are a Paypal user this section will be familiar to you, otherwise you will be presented with a form to enter your payment details. Fill in these details and click "Review order and continue". Once on the next screen you will be shown the details of your order and shipping address. If everything is right click on "Pay now" and Paypal will process your order.

Step 5) Cast off asap, get your needles ready and in a little while your order will be with you.

Language and currencies

You may have clicked on the "Checkout with Paypal" button only to be presented a page in a language you are not familiar with! Not to worry. Before you click on the Paypal button, choose your preferred currency and language from the menu on the top right hand of our website. From then on your cart and Paypal will be in that language.
