100gm plant dyed Organic Poll Dorset, from an organically certified flock raised in France, combed and spun to a fine 4/14 for use as 4-ply.

Springy and strong, with a light lustre, good stitch definition and bags of versatility.

Queribus is hand dyed cutch, it colour is reminiscent of the sheer limestone walls of Queribus castle, the last of the Occitatian castles to fall to the French.

100gm is approximately 344m, i.e. 3.53 oz is approximately 376 yards.

We recommend that you use 2.25m - 3.75 m (US 1 -5) knitting needles depending on the project undertaken.

Hand wash in warm water, wash dark colours separately for a while, this is the type of wool that gets even better with age.
