Q. When will my order be despatched?

A. We aim to despatch all orders before close of business on the next working day after the order is placed, at the latest. It is therefore important to make sure the delivery address you provide is correct at the time of ordering. The delivery address for your order can also be checked on your email receipt; if you notice a problem please email us immediately so we can amend the address prior to shipping your order.

Q. What should I do if I've made a mistake on my order?

A. If you realize you've made a mistake on your order, please email us immediately so we can rectify the problem. Orders can only be changed prior to despatch.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We can accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal balance. Payments must be made online, using our payment partner PayPal.

Q. How do I pay with credit card?

If you do not have a Paypal account and would like to place an order with a credit/debit card you can still place an order on our website. Currently we use Paypal to process all our card payments. To pay with a credit card, you should click "Checkout with Paypal" on the order confirmation screen. You will be taken to Paypal where you can enter your card details. If Paypal has been used on your computer before you may see a login screen instead. Just below the login form you can select "Don't have a Paypal account?" you will then be able to enter your card details. Please remember if your card is registered with a Paypal account you will have to log into that account to use that card.
