Whirl Scarf by Hélène Marcy

Product is currently not available!

Amazingly soft crochet scarf by French designer Hélène Marcy.

With a large 100g hank of lace wool and ten mini-skeins in different colours, you can make a striped scarf to match your favourite outfits. It’s also a good way to use scraps of Renaissance Dyeing yarn.

The scarf is first worked lengthwise. After that, stripes and whirls are worked into it, in the eyelets rows.

Size After blocking: 200 cm x 25 cm (around 79 x 10’’)

Tools

  • A 3mm (UK 11 – US 3) crochet hook
  • A yarn needle to weave in the ends.

The kit consists of:-

  • 5 x 25 m skeins – Pale Apple #1419
