The last Newsletter encountered a glitch and I don't know if any of you received it. If you did I apologise for the repetition. Then we ourselves encountered a glitch in the form of a covid infection. But now all glitches are behind us and we wish you all a colourful, creative and healthy 2022!

Here at Renaissance Dyeing as all over the world 2020 was a challenging year to say the least, but we've also felt incredibly grateful for the support of our community of stitchers everywhere. We couldn't have made it through without you, and we have been truly bowled over by the consistent support and warmth you've all shown towards our yarn and threads this year.

New fermentation dyed yarn up on web-site. These limited editions are fermented itogether with madder root and weld and then later dipped in the indigo vat. Because of the method involved there are only 12 hanks in this latest Merinos d'Arles edition, which because of its earthy and fiery tones we have named Lava.
